Let’s discover the Inclusive Kanopé Tower Power…

Every child needs the chance to grow, thrive, and develop their cognitive, psychomotor, and social skills. Children with disability are no exception. They have the right to engage in the same activities as others: climbing, jumping, running, touching, imagining, sharing, and interacting with others. They should be able to enjoy themselves like everyone else, with everyone else.

We understand that inclusion enriches everyone’s lives. Regardless of their abilities, every child should have the chance to learn and interact with others, fostering richness in our lives.

Inclusive Kanopé towers bring all little adventurers together

The size and height of a tower shouldn’t pose an obstacle to group play for children with disability. Kanopé Towers ensure easy access and include fun solutions designed for children with disability, allowing everyone to play together.

Inclusive Kanopé Tower Power

All levels of fun

There are 8 inclusive Kanopé towers offering various access solutions suited to all abilities, from easily accessible to more challenging. The inclusive Kanopé Tower concept includes three distinct areas, classified according to the level of motor disability (an essential component in equipment design) and inspired by the GMSCF* classification.

Level 1

Space in the structure accessible to typically developing children or children with slightly reduced mobility.

Level 2

Part of the structure accessible to children with reduced mobility who use a wheelchair or mobility device and can exit their mobility device with appropriate support to explore the play equipment, with or without assistance.

Level 3

Space accessible to children with physical disability who use a wheelchair or mobility device in most settings, are limited in their ability to move themselves around and who need a companion in the play area.

Each level of play includes fun elements that respond to specific needs for people with sensory and intellectual disability. There are sensory play panels as well as visual, acoustic and tactile features.

The inclusive Kanopé towers feature a modular design and can be combined to create a bespoke solution meeting all your project needs. Don’t you know, I am talking about an inclusive play revolution!
