Since the French Loi pour la Liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel (Law for the Freedom to Choose One’s Future in the Workplace) of 05/09/18, equal pay between women and men is subject to an obligation of results. Each year, companies must measure and publish their performance in terms of pay through a gender equality index. In 2019, Proludic earned a score of 79/100.
