25 years

For any structural failure of outdoor fitness or play products due to a material or manufacturing defect of:

  • Panels (lacquered plywood / coloured compact / polyethylene)
  • Posts and supporting structures (painted galvanised steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel)
  • Stainless steel tubes

15 years

For any structural failure of products due to a material defect or a manufacturing defect of:

  • The Robinia and Larch wood planks, frames and posts.

10 years

For any structural failure of outdoor fitness or play products due to a material or manufacturing defect of:

  • Metal components (with the exception of springs, moving or mechanical parts and fixings)
  • High density plastic parts (with the exception of moving or mechanical parts)
  • Non-slip plywood and compact panels
  • Planks and treated timber frame posts.

5 years

For any structural failure of outdoor fitness or play products due to a material or manufacturing defect of:

  • Springs and mechanical systems
  • Moulded or rotary moulded plastic parts (with the exception of moving parts)
  • Metal crimps and rope assemblies.

2 years

For any defect or manufacturing fault of component parts.


This guarantee only covers defects in materials. Proludic’s liability under this guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of defective components, at Proludic’s discretion, and does not include the cost of installation by a technician. This guarantee only applies if Proludic’s products have been installed according to instructions provided by Proludic and maintained correctly according to the Proludic Maintanance Manual.

Guarantee Exclusions

  • The following are not covered by the guarantee:
  • On-site installation of parts supplied under our guarantee
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from the use of the equipment
  • Cosmetic issues such as the normal cracking of solid and laminated timber, discolouration of painted surfaces, plywood, compact laminate or polyethylene panels, plastic parts and unitary surfacing
  • Deterioration of the equipment due to non-compliance of the installation with the manufacturer’s specifications
  • Deterioration of the equipment due to non-compliance with the care and maintenance specifications
  • Deterioration of the equipment due to abnormal conditions of use (vandalism, lack of surveillance, etc)
  • All equipment supplied by the customer or original, specific orders demanded by the customer
  • All items not manufactured by Proludic
  • Compensation for any loss due to equipment being temporarily out of use

Effective Date:

  • The guarantee takes effect from the date of delivery to the customer by the carrier
  • The replacement or repair of a part does not extend the guarantee period for the part
  • To benefit from the guarantee, the customer must inform Proludic in writing within the first 48 hours of observing the defect. If necessary, the customer will cease to permit access to the play area
