The team at Proludic is still in the afterglow of the 2023 Good Design Awards Gala that we attended with more than 1000 guests from the design community.
ACTI’FUN by Proludic received a prestigious Good Design Award Winner Accolade in the Product Design category in recognition for outstanding design and innovation. The Good Design Awards jury commented:
The design’s focus on “playful fitness” is commendable, with its potential for positive community engagement clear and thorough. We believe the project will effectively challenge contemporary barriers to physical activity and inspire movement in all nuanced ways.
Since 1958, the internationally recognized annual Australian Good Design Awards have promoted and celebrated excellence in design and innovation. Since 2015, we have successfully submitted our designs, and so we did it again this year. Our ACTI’FUN by Proludic playful exercise solution was among more than 900 other entries to be assessed by more than 70 Australian and international Jurors including designers, engineers, architects and thought leaders.
Entries are evaluated by this panel of expert judges who assess the designs based on a strict set of design evaluation criteria which includes Good Design, Design Innovation and Design Impact.
To be recognised with an Australian Good Design Award tells the world this project not only represents design excellence, but it also surpasses the criteria for design innovation and design impact. The Good Design Award is an independent endorsement of professional design quality.

Our Excellence in Design – ACTI’FUN
In case you haven’t heard of it yet, let us introduce you to our award-winning ACTI’FUN solution, developed by Proludic to make fitness more fun! Each piece of equipment has been designed to help people overcome many of the barriers that stop them from taking part in regular fitness activities. There are three ranges – ACTI’Ninja, ACTI’Street, and ACTI’Fit – which combine play and sport to trigger people’s interest and motivation to get active. Central to the design of all three is their suitability for all body types, with mixed ability, intergenerational, and inclusive engagement built in.
