Max Bergh is the CEO of AMIGA Montessori. She is uncompromising when it comes to offering a play environment that gives children challenges in a safe and supervised environment.

Proludic have worked in collaboration with AMIGA Montessori on the design and implementation of play areas in several AMIGA Montessori Childcare Centres throughout Victoria.

We chose Proludic for this project because we’d worked with them before. Their designs go out of their way to incorporate natural colours and shapes. Features like the Sensory Flowers, for example, use a natural-looking colour palette and are clearly inspired by nature.

It was important that our playspace included challenging pieces of equipment to suit each age group and ability. With our group of children, you might have an adventurous three-year-old and a shy five-year-old, for example. We needed to have a balance to appeal to all our children.

The playground offers a great balance of fun and learning. It creates an environment where children are free to explore their own curiosity. Where they can develop their ability to learn different things through sensory development at their own pace.

I found the Proludic team to be very responsive. They are good at finding creative solutions. They’re also pragmatic, working through any issue to come to a solution we were happy with.

You can tell that this is my favourite playscape so far!
