Materials

The different posts are made from sap free robinia. The robinia is sanded and has had its bark removed. Robinia is naturally rot proof and does not require any additional... chemical protection; it is equally extremely resistant to attacks from external sources (insects, fungi, climatic variations), guaranteeing the long term durability of the playground equipment. The boards are made from natural robinia wood (plank sizes: 22, 27 and 45mm). The tubes are made of 40mm diameter stainless steel, guaranteeing lasting durability and reliability of the equipment.

The 16mm diameter ropes are made of galvanised steel cable covered with polyester. The cables are linked together and held in place by injected polyamide spheres.

The slides are made of stainless steel.

The sides of the large slide are made from very high quality plywood 22mm thick, made of alternate layers of thin birch, which offers longevity and an exceptional mechanical... strangth. The colours are applied by electrostatic spraying of two-component polyurethane lacquer that is free of heavy metals, to ensure high levels of resistance to potentially aggressive chemicals such as anti-graffiti cleaning products.
