At Proludic, we believe inclusion isn’t just something we design into our play and sports equipment—it’s part of how we do business. That’s why we’ve partnered with ESAT (Établissements et Services d’Aide par le Travail), a French non-profit that provides meaningful job opportunities for adults with disability in a supportive and structured environment. In addition to meaningful employment, ESAT workers receive medical, social, and educational support, allowing them to develop skills and confidence while contributing to the workforce. This is where inclusion meets employment.

Proludic, a global leader in inclusive play and sports equipment, is strengthening its commitment to inclusivity. This meaningful partnership with ESAT creates new opportunities. The ESAT facility is based close to Proludic’s Vouvray Manufacturing Facility in France. It provides jobs for adults with disability. At the same time, it ensures high-quality production standards.
A Partnership with Purpose
This collaboration is based around Proludic’s Vouvray Manufacturing Facility in France. ESAT workers assist in assembling key components for our playground and fitness equipment. Their work includes assembling spring mechanisms for our much-loved Springers and putting together sensory and educational panels that help children learn through play.
To ensure every product meets the highest standards, Proludic provides ongoing training, technical support, and regular visits to the ESAT workshops. By integrating this talented workforce into our production process, we’re reinforcing our commitment to inclusion while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that Proludic is known for.
Inclusive from Start to Finish
This government-backed initiative allows people with disability to access meaningful employment, while giving them the opportunity to contribute to the broader community. To help customers recognise and support this initiative, Proludic has introduced a partnership icon in brochures and online. Whenever this symbol appears, it means that ESAT workers have proudly played a role in assembling that product.
Expanding the Partnership Beyond 2025
Proludic is committed to expanding this initiative beyond 2025. It will increase the work entrusted to ESAT’s dedicated workshops. This growth will create more jobs for adults with disability. It reinforces Proludic’s commitment to social responsibility and manufacturing efficiency.
Since 2023, this partnership has been making a real difference—not just for Proludic, but for ESAT workers. They are gaining valuable skills, financial independence, and a sense of purpose. Their contribution helps bring high-quality, inclusive play equipment to communities, ensuring that play is truly for everyone.
Proludic embeds inclusion into every part of its operations. It proves that business success and social impact go together. This initiative keeps growing. It stands as a strong example of how companies create meaningful opportunities. It also delivers products that bring joy to children and families.
