Play is essential for people of all ages, encouraging movement, creativity, connection and wellbeing. At Proludic, creating spaces that bring communities together through play and movement is at the heart of what we do. With the appointment of our new Managing Director, Greg Gerstl, we are entering a new era—bringing fresh energy and new opportunities to expand our impact across Australia.
Welcoming Our New Play Consultant
A key part of this new era is growing our Play Consultant Team. Working closely with councils, education providers, developers, landscape architects and the tourism industry, they help transform ideas into vibrant, engaging and inclusive play and fitness spaces designed to meet the needs of each community.
We’re thrilled to introduce James! Our new talented consultant who bring fresh perspectives, valuable expertise and a shared passion for creating meaningful play experiences.
Meet James – Play Consultant (VIC)
James joins the Proludic team with a background in human movement and allied health, giving him a valuable perspective on how play and activity contribute to health and wellbeing at every stage of life.
He understands that thoughtfully designed play and fitness environments do far more than provide recreation. They help develop motor skills, support cognitive growth, encourage social interaction and contribute to stronger, healthier communities.
In his role, James works closely with local councils and the education sector, supporting schools and learning environments to create spaces that encourage movement, exploration and active play. His collaborative approach ensures each project reflects the needs of the community while delivering engaging and practical play solutions.
I’m passionate about designing spaces that encourage movement, connection and play. Every project is an opportunity to support communities, wellbeing and active lifestyles through meaningful design.
James Meredith, Play Consultant VIC
