At this year’s funtastic annual meeting, we combined valuable learning with plenty of play – a perfect mix of business and pleasure! Our team came together to share insights, exchange ideas, and deepen our connection with each other and the playgrounds we design. This day was not just about reviewing projects; it was about celebrating our growth as a team and the exciting new tools we have to make our playgrounds even better.
The magic within
Our annual meeting was a whirlwind of creativity, inspiration, and a few laughs along the way! Our amazing consultants took the spotlight to share their playground masterpieces. We listened to tales of wild design ideas, clever problem-solving, and the challenges that kept everyone on their toes. Each department brought the energy too—showcasing behind-the-scenes secrets that made it all happen. It was a vibrant mix of celebrating wins, tackling challenges, and brainstorming what’s next, leaving everyone pumped for another year of playful innovation!

Learning empowers
The highlight of the meeting was our training on Proludic’s Inclusive Diagnosis Tool, a game-changing resource designed to enhance the inclusivity of our playgrounds. This tool will empower our team to create more accessible spaces for children with diverse abilities. It will also help assess existing playgrounds and provide recommendations for improving inclusion.

By using the Inclusive Diagnosis, we can ensure that every playground we design is welcoming to everyone, from the youngest adventurer to those with diverse needs. The session was not just about learning the tool’s features, but also about how it can be applied to make meaningful improvements to our designs and projects.

Unleashing our inner children
After the training, it was time for the fun to begin! We headed out to explore some of the amazing playgrounds we’ve worked on and connected with our creations in a whole new way. Nothing beats seeing a design come to life while getting to experience it firsthand. Whether climbing, swinging, or exploring sensory features, the day was filled with laughter, learning, and meaningful connections. It reminded everyone why creating spaces to play, connect, and grow is so important.

Play for bonding
Our annual meeting isn’t just about getting the job done; it’s about strengthening the relationships within our team. From sharing success stories to tackling challenges together, we built stronger connections that will help us as we move forward. The day’s playful activities also allowed us to bond in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

Vision for the future
As we wrap up this year’s meeting, we’re excited to apply everything we’ve learned and continue to push the boundaries of inclusive play. We’re proud of the work we’ve done and even more excited about what lies ahead. The Inclusive Diagnosis Tool will be a cornerstone of our future projects. It ensures every playground we create is a space where children of diverse abilities can come together and play.

Thanks to everyone who made this year’s meeting a success. We can’t wait to take our new knowledge, connections, and passion for inclusive play into our future projects. Until next year’s funtastic annual meeting, let’s keep playing, learning, and growing together!
Time to make your visions for the future reality, NOW!
