Inclusion at the heart of our CSR approach: a lasting partnership with ESAT APF Touraine
At Proludic, corporate social responsibility goes beyond our environmental commitments. It also reflects our determination to promote inclusion in the workplace.
Since 2023, we have developed a partnership with ESAT APF Touraine (Establishment and Support Service through Work), an organisation that supports people with disabilities by providing access to suitable employment opportunities. This collaboration reflects our commitment to building a more inclusive society that promotes equal opportunities, respect for differences, and recognition of everyone’s abilities.
A collaboration that creates social value
Located in Notre-Dame-d’Oé, near our production site, the ESAT APF Touraine team assembles certain components used in our playground equipment. Their work includes spring mechanisms for our spring riders, as well as bead mazes incorporated into selected educational and sensory play panels.
More than simply an industrial subcontracting partnership, this collaboration is based on genuine support and knowledge sharing. Our teams provide the necessary training, technical documentation and ongoing guidance to ensure the quality of the assemblies while enabling the workers to develop their skills, independence and professional experience.
The results of this collaboration have been extremely positive from the outset. The work is carried out with great care, commitment and professionalism. As a result, the partnership continues to grow each year, with a gradual increase in the number of components entrusted to the ESAT and the development of new assignments.
Working towards a more inclusive society
Access to employment remains a major challenge for many people with disabilities. By working with an ESAT, Proludic makes a tangible contribution to reducing these inequalities by creating meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities.
This initiative is fully aligned with our CSR policy and with our belief that diversity of backgrounds and experiences is a strength for both businesses and society.
