Fitness trails provide a succession of exercises such as steeplechasing, workouts on horizontal bars or hanging ladders, stretching on wall bars, accelerations on the slalom, etc., sequences that utilise several groups of muscles.
The fitness trails are systematically equipped with specific signs to inform users of the level of difficulty of each exercise and the output required for the activity concerned.
