The Bench Press provides a chest, upper back and arm workout from a horizontal position. It features a wide comfortable bench and foot rest, assuring a full range of motion. It is ideal for body toning and definition. The bi-directional hydraulic piston enables a smooth range of movement, with the user able to increase the levels of resistance as their fitness improves. Signage on the equipment with QR tag technology linking to instructional videos on how to safely use the equipment aids users.
