The Recumbent Stationary Bike offers a natural and comfortable seated position for an effective aerobic workout, providing a cardiovascular workout needed to improve overall fitness. Signage on the equipment with QR tag technology linking to instructional videos on how to safely use the equipment will also aid users. This unit allows people to generate electricity while working out. It features an internal magnetic resistance module with power generating output that supplies power to a USB smartphone charging port. An Internal LED light system emits green light while in use and afterwards.
